Pine Honey

With a distinct aroma, that has been compared with an iodine-like scent, is the one with the most
marginal substances.
It is classified as honeydew honey and it is essential for its synthesis having the presence of the insect Mrchalina Hellenica, where from its effluence the honey is produced.
Due to its low sugar content crystallization is a rare occurrence. Production runs from April until May and from August until November. Its flavor is not particularly sweet, and its color is relatively dark.

Blossom Honey

It is a high-quality honey for its exquisite light color, delightful flavor, and invigorating and rejuvenating
features.
It is extracted from the nectar of a variety of Greek flowers and herbs. The production season extends
from May to August and its crystallization is a natural phenomenon. It has a delicate flavor with a soft
amber texture and an exceptional aroma.

Oak Honey

The harmonic collaboration of the honeybee and the forest creates this one-of-a-kind honey. It is
extracted from the oak acorn combined with a variety of wild forest herbs.
It has a sweet and velvety flavor, as well as a powerful scent. Regarding its color, it has a dark, nearly
black color and is considered to be one of the thickest honeys. The production season lasts from July to August.

Forest Honey

It is a honey of high nutritional value. It is a honey made from the union of oak, pine, and blossom. It has a pleasant taste, a relatively dark color and crystallization happens at a fairly late point. It is gathered
from mountainous Greek forests and it is one of the most antioxidant-rich honeys.
