Risk transfer
In contracts where the supplier sends the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon handing over the goods to the carrier if the carrier has been instructed by the consumer to carry the goods and this option has not been offered by the supplier, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights against the carrier.

- sending, publishing, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party,
- sending, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or disable the operation of any computer software or hardware,
- intentional or unintentional violation of applicable legislation or provisions,
- harassment of third parties in any way,
- collecting or storing personal data about other users.
Limited license
melissotis.gr, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws and regulations, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited right to access, use and display this website and its content. This license does not constitute a transfer of title to the website and its content and is subject to the following restrictions: (1) you must retain on all copies of the website and its content all copyright and other proprietary notices and (2) you may not modify the website and its content in any way or reproduce or publicly display, or distribute or otherwise use the website and its content for any public or commercial purpose, except as otherwise permitted herein.
